The founders are two average Joes, inspired in the 70’s by a one-eyed surveyor who loved his work yet never made it feel like a job, he had put in the years and could retire at anytime he didn't like it anymore, due to using the foresight to plan financially and then only worked doing what he enjoyed,  The Joes started a quest for financial independence and to do what they loved in work and play and nothing else with both eyes on the ball,  the KMAClub concept was born. The Joes, engineers-turned-entrepreneurs, who found success by creating business value through a culture of honest communication, direct feedback, and clear expectations along with accountability. 

The idea was to empower people by the fundamental belief that all had something to add, believe in them and then turn them loose...and it paid off nicely!

As a member of the Club, you represent the gritty independence forged through hard work and the ability to add value while driving your own destiny. You know what it means to go the extra mile and you've made it a defining character trait.

The Joes built the engineering firm and inspired many individuals over the years, as that one-eyed surveyor many years ago had done for them, to join the KMAClub. The Joes officially opened the KMAClub in April of 2019 with a vision to inspire others to live the KMAClub life of loving what you do through independence.

Just like the old timers' saying "Love what you do and you will never have to work a day in your life!"
